Camp Overview
We are a year round facility specializing in summer camp for youth from different religions, race and gender aged 4-16.
Philosophy - YMCA core values - Respect, Responsibility, Honest and Caring. Practicing a kids and guests first philosophy. Overnight Campers forge friendships, strengthen confidence, sharpen character and create lasting memories on Camp Widjiwagan’s beautiful 320 acres.
Progressive programs allow for new skill orientation each year a camper returns, with specialized activities for each age group and village. Themed and specialty programs such as music camp, Harry Potter, Star Wars and even Minecraft fully immersive camp for 9-15 year olds! Overnight campers come together for every meal and enjoy traditional campfires, songs, night hikes and campouts!
STAFF TIME OFF
24 hours off on weekend, one 6 hour block off during the week and 2 hour rotation time each night.
