What Roles are Available?
Sending almost 8,000 participants to camp every year takes a lot of work. The Camp America Head Office is made up of many different departments, including Applications, Visas, Police Check & Payments, Marketing, Customer Service & Medicals. To help with the demand, we also recruit temporary positions at peak times in the season. If you’d love to work at Camp America, make sure you keep checking this page for any new job vacancies.
Who Are We Looking For?
Who better to help people get to summer camp than someone who has been through it all themselves? We’re always looking for people who are passionate about summer camp life and have their own amazing experiences to share. Key skills and experience include communication, teamwork, self-motivation, customer service and preferably some admin experience too. It’s a really fun and social environment, although do be prepared that during peak times of the season, we can sometimes be working beyond 9-5!

Camp changed my life in so many ways! It has also given me so many opportunities, including my current job with Camp America, getting to help others have their best summers.
After camp each summer I have had some incredible adventures; a whirlwind cruise around Mexico, a road-trip from Nashville to Kentucky, and a gator adventure in NOLA, all with friends made at camp.
I'm so grateful for the global network of friends I have because of my time with Camp America. Since my very first summer, both camp and Camp America have become an integral part my life.
Camp America has changed my life in every way possible. From my time spent at Camp to working in the office I have made the most incredible memories and friendships that are like no other.
Going to camp really pushed me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to experience new things, from being trained in how to operate a ropes course to managing a team of staff.
At my camp we had a saying: camp people are the best people! I can say without a doubt the people I met working at summer camp are some of the best people I have ever met.
Be a Brand Manager
If you’re a student who loved your summer with Camp America, why not spread the word on your university or college campus? When you volunteer as a brand manager, we’ll help you with training and marketing materials, plus by spending your time promoting CA you’ll be rewarded with exclusive discounts on our merchandise and priority invites to events and paid opportunities. Most brand managers also go on to become Camp America interviewers.
