Camp Overview
YMCA Camp Weona is located in Western New York. Each day is full of new adventures, whether hiking a trail , kayaking under the blue sky, making new friends, singing by the campfire, jumping into the pool, setting up a campsite, or fishing at the lake. YMCA Camp Weona serves children 7-17 years old with exciting summer camp options for one, two, or several week stays. We strive to create cherished memories and lasting friendships through our progressive and age based programming. Our facilities include an arts studio, nature center, indoor drama, indoor climbing/bouldering room, high ropes, two ziplines, low ropes course, equestrian facility, heated pool, and our vast wilderness trail system. Campers live in rustic cabins based on age and program with two counselors overseeing their safety and well-being. A typical schedule sees campers experiencing new activities each morning, progressive activities in the afternoon with a choice of activities. Each evening, camp hosts a different activity from campfire, theme games, campout, and a dance social.
