Camp Overview
We are a beautiful camp nestled in about 1,000 acres of the Berkshires and centered around a 90-acre private lake. We serve campers from many different backgrounds and who hail from the surrounding areas in New York City, Boston and Connecticut. We are also just a quick drive from both New York City and Boston, which is wonderful for days off. We have an incredibly high staff and camper return rate, and its a place filled with a lot of energy, fun, creativity and love of Hi-Rock. Throughout each summer we offer day and sleep-over camp programs. Camp activities include digital photography, sailing, water skiing, tennis, basketball, drama, archery, range sports, creative crafts, rock climbing, high ropes challenge course, canoeing, outdoor living skills, fishing, hiking, dance, nature, windsurfing, kayaking, and more! We also offer a leadership program for teens.
STAFF TIME OFF
Each week you get one 24 hour period off. Every two weeks you also get a night off, from 5:45 pm to 9:00 am the next morning.
STAFF QUALITIES
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic staff who have a passion with working for kids. Being okay with looking a little silly is always a plus!
