Camp Overview
Nestled on 22 beautiful wooded acres, Camp Baker offers a premier traditional camp experience featuring horseback riding, arts and crafts, swimming, fishing, paddle boating, hiking, campfires, and more. Campers enjoy the opportunity to connect with nature, develop new skills, and form meaningful friendships in an environment designed for success and fun.
SOAR365’s Summer Camp at Camp Baker provides children and adults with disabilities an inclusive, accessible summer camp experience filled with adventure, friendship, and personal growth. Supported by highly trained, compassionate counselors, campers enjoy a safe and welcoming environment where they are encouraged to explore new experiences, build confidence, and create lasting memories.
Throughout the 9-week program, counselors assist with personal care needs, including hygiene, meals, and toileting, while working closely with our nursing staff to ensure campers receive the medical support they need. Our low staff-to-camper ratio allows us to deliver high-quality programming and personalized attention, recognizing and celebrating each camper’s unique strengths, interests, goals, and abilities.
