Camp Overview

Five-nights/six-days/16 meals Lutheran resident program (Sun-Fri) for youth and adults. Primarily serves Lutheran congregations, yet has participants of varying faith. Campers/staff stay in air-conditioned cabins, boating on pond, swimming pool, high ropes course... We also sponsor, and provide staff, for day-camp/outreach programs at about 30 sites at churches throughout the State of Ohio.

Staff Time Off

Weekends, Friday evening around 9:00 pm until Sunday around noon, so about 38 hours. Also scheduled at least one-hour off during each day.

Staff Qualities

Professional goofiness. Likes and relates well with youth and willingness to learn from them. Able to have fun yet able to set limits of safety. Able to be loud and enthusiastic yet able to have quiet conversation. Willingness to step outside comfort level, learn and be trained camp songs, how to lead a Bible Study, and how to lead/participate with evening cabin devotions and all-camp worships.
