Independent Lake Camp celebrates diversity, promotes creativity, & empowers individual growth with camper-chosen personalized scheduling. ILC is a co-ed overnight camp in the Pocono Mountains for ages 6-17 offering an impressive array of activities with top-notch facilities and staff- Circus, Trapeze, Gymnastics, Sports, Tennis, Pickleball, Performing Arts, Magic, Skatepark, Digital Arts, D&D/RPG/LARP, Fine Arts, Music & Recording Studio, Climbing Wall / High Ropes, Nature, Aquatics, Horseback, Go-Karts & more!
Established as a non-traditional summer camp, ILC is dedicated to supporting camper choice in their activities & employing a talented staff so all activities offered are rich with integrity.

Staff Time Off
Period off: One per normal day, plus occasional rest hours when co-counselors are covering the bunk. Days off: One per session week worked, except first and last. There are no days off during staff training orientation week. Nights off: Counselors will be "on duty" 5-6 nights every two-weeks. The other nights, they are off and can leave camp until the 1:00AM curfew.
