Staff Time Off

Staff receive 4 hours off daily and 48 hours off in-between sessions. During these times, staff can reboot and recharge in our on-site staff lounge. The lounge is fully equipped with a kitchenette, television, Wi-Fi, seating areas, and beds. This is when most of our staff have the opportunity to travel and explore Northern California.

Staff Qualities

Our staff are positive role models and mentors for our campers. We strive to cultivate a community where all campers and staff feel safe, heard, and welcomed at camp. Our staff demonstrate true teamwork, work hard, are flexible and adaptable, are dedicated to providing a meaningful experience for children, and make camp a home for the children and for one another. We look for staff who are dedicated, hardworking, fun and friendly.
