Camp Overview
Tucked away in the rolling hills and valleys of Marin County, Bothin’s cozy tree-covered canyon offers a wide variety of classic camp activities, from high adventure courses to performing arts and everything in between. Bothin offers an incredible array of experiences: take aim on the archery range, zip-line through the redwoods, perform on the theater stage, or let creativity shine in the Art Barn, and more. Bothin campers can spend their summer days their way!

Staff Time Off
Staff receive 3 hours off daily, one night off per week, and one day off per week. During these times, staff can reboot and recharge in our on-site staff lounge or go off-site. The staff lounge is equipped with a small kitchen, TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi, and outdoor hammocks (the ideal napping spot!).
Camp Bothin is located 5 minutes from the town of Fairfax which has small shops, restaurants, a movie theatre, and a grocery store. The closest major city is San Francisco, about 40 minutes from camp. Most staff frequent the city on their days off.
Staff Qualities
Our participants are ages 7-17, and our camp welcomes anyone who identifies with the girl experience. We follow a culture code that is deeply focused on community, inclusion and belonging. In our staff, we look for role models who are eager to connect with campers, help them feel seen, heard, and accepted, and provide a fun and memorable experience in the outdoors.
