Camp Overview
In the summer of 1924, Camp Wonderland opened its gates for the very first time. This centennial summer, we will welcome hundreds of kids who are ready to have their best summer yet! They will meet new friends, try new things that they can’t do anywhere else, sing silly songs around the campfire, make s’mores and be wowed by the amazing staff that create The Happy Summer Place! As a staff member, you have the opportunity to build an incredible skill set, and years later you may find yourself reflecting on your summer at camp and realizing it was what made all the difference. Camp becomes a second home, camp friends become family, and best of all, you have the privilege to speak into the lives of countless campers, sharing the love of Jesus and making a difference.
Come celebrate with us, take part in this historic 100th summer, and become a part of Camp Wonderland’s Legacy of Love!

Hmm... What's your role?
Staff Time Off
All staff members are expected to adhere to the schedule for the day. The time between camper curfew and morning wake up time is considered "quiet time," with noisy activity restricted. Staff members are expected to be in their quarters by 11:30 PM (curfew), with lights out at 12:00 midnight. Curfew still applies over breaks if a staff member chooses to stay. The Camp Director reserves the right to assign "early curfew" to individuals or the entire staff as a disciplinary measure or as the need arises. Every effort will be made to ensure daily "time-off" for each staff member, when he/she is free from assigned camp responsibilities(in addition to the breaks between all sessions). During "time-off" a staff member is permitted to leave camp, only with permission from direct supervisor. Please see our website for the camp calendar to indicate full day breaks.
Staff Qualities
We are looking for young adults who are willing to share their faith in God with campers and other staff members on a daily basis. We require all staff members to help uphold the purpose of camp and the Camp Code - Honor God, Respect Everyone, Take Care of Camp and Have Fun.
