Think you have what it takes to be a camp counselor at Thunderbird? Our staff members are high-energy, fun, silly, nurturing and compassionate. Above all else, they care about kids and making sure that they have a truly memorable camp experience. We look for great role models in our counselors because counselors are like superheroes to campers. And, while a camp job is challenging (think 14 hour days, 6 days a week), the rewards are endless.
