Camp Overview
Adventure awaits you at Camp Shingobee Timbers! For over 30 years, we have welcomed campers to build life-long friendships while enjoying the historic Chippewa National Forest area. Located about three hours north of the Twin Cities on the shores of Big Bass Lake, Camp Shingobee Timbers is surrounded by the Chippewa National Forest.
Our large program center features dormitory style rooms with a large indoor program space. We also have rustic cabins for campers and staff with limited electricity. We offer resident, day, troop and family camp programming.
STAFF TIME OFF
We offer 2 hours off each day and one 24 hour break at least once a week. We also have a two day break over the 4th of July Holiday..
