The atmosphere at Schodack is best described in our camp motto: warmth, tradition, spirit. We pride ourselves on hiring caring and enthusiastic counselors who love working with children. With 285 campers and 200 staff—an incredible ratio—you will become an integral part of the campers' lives, sharing encouragement, hugs and cheers on a daily basis.
Most of our staff are either college students from the US, Great Britain and Australia - or graduates of Camp Schodack's Leadership Training Program. Watch the videos on our website at www.schodack.com!

Staff Time Off
6 days off during the summer - 8pm to 1AM at end of following day. Usually one night per week on duty and remainder of evenings off between 9pm/10pm until 1AM. Transport provided to local attractions three nights per week.
