Since the very beginning of Manito-wish, these qualities have proven vital to encouraging personal growth and positive transformations. They're the building blocks of character that provide a solid foundation for leadership. Our staff members are expected to exhibit these traits as well as encourage them in our participants.

Staff get two 24 hours (one during the session, one after) and one 12 hour off per two week session. Two hours of down time.
