Camp Overview
Camp for All is a unique, barrier free camp that works with other non-profits to provide a camping experience to children and adults with special needs and challenging illnesses. We are located in the heart of Texas, between Austin and Houston. We are nationally recognized camp and our facility is one of the best in the country. We offer our campers a chance to discover life through recreation and community.
STAFF TIME OFF
We offer each of our staff not only at least 2 nights off a week but also: 5 paid days to take over the course of the summer and we guarantee two FULL weekends off a month. Those 5 days off can be taken at any point during the summer, at the request of the staff member. And weekends off means you are off Friday night until Monday morning.
STAFF QUALITIES
Program Staff will play a vital role in helping our campers discover life. Their main responsibility will be running effective and fun program activities for our campers. Program Staff will be cross-trained in a range of camp activities and general tasks. The right applicants will be a great mix of hardworking, outgoing, creative and all around rad.
Each week is completely different! So, someone who enjoys being flexible is a must. We work with a different variety of special needs or chronic illness. We serve campers that have intellectual disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Visual impairments, muscular dystrophy, Learning disabilities, HIV/AIDS, Spina Bifida, Burns survivors, children affected by cancer and much more.
