Camp Eastwood is an overnight summer camp for boys & girls ages 6-10, located in the beautiful Belgrade Lakes region of Maine. We provide young campers the chance to build foundational skills, confidence, and independence in a setting that’s thoughtfully tailored to their age and stage of development. At Camp Eastwood, counselors play a vital role in fulfilling our mission and core values. With diverse responsibilities and meaningful duties, this position offers both challenges and rewards. As a counselor, you will fully engage in our thoughtfully designed programs, making a lasting impact while gaining invaluable experience. Eastwood is a tech-free workplace where without phones or social media, counselors and campers connect face-to-face, leading games, sharing stories, building skills and tackling challenges with creativity and teamwork. We expect all members of our camp community to serve as positive role models and demonstrate a genuine appreciation for working with children.
