STAFF QUALITIES
At Camp Chippewa we look for an intentional work-ethic. We look for staff that are eager to try new things and meet new people. Our staff becomes a family and we look for individuals that are willing to go the extra distance to make the campers experience the best it can be. As a staff, we lead by example and demonstrate Christ's love through our actions and our treatment of one another.
