Camp Overview
Shadow Lake is the main attraction at Camp Agnes Arnold. The lake offers 35 acres of cool, refreshing fun for campers. Girls may enjoy canoeing, swimming, nature study, and fishing on Shadow Lake. The legends of the Magic Elf and Hipper entertain and delight the imaginations of all campers. The rich history of Camp Agnes Arnold makes it an engaging experience for all Girl Scouts who visit this special place.
Campers will stay in tents, yurts, tree houses, or cabin units of 14-36 girls each. With a view of the lake, girls eat most of their meals in the air-conditioned Ann Temple Allen Lodge. The climate-controlled craft rooms, Treasured Time (library/memorabilia room), and Nature Center also offer an escape from the summer heat.
