For a FREE return flight to New York you MUST choose your return date at least 30 DAYS BEFORE you leave for the US.

FLYING FROM LONDON: 

• Airline pricing goes up the nearer you get to your return date - we will try to keep it free if you choose the date within 30 days before you leave for the US, but not guarantees, and you will definitely be charged a fee if you make the choice once you are in the US.

FLYING FROM OTHER CITIES:

• You need to CHOOSE YOUR DATE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, as your return flight will be booked at the same time as your outbound flight.   If you choose the date within 30 days before you leave for the US we will still try to keep it free, but not guarantees.

ALL FLIGHTS:

• You will be able to see your return flight details once you are in the US.
• Most flights from the US are overnight, meaning that you will land at your destination the following day.

FEES FOR CHANGING RETURN DATES (all flights): You can request a change of date through your online CA site.

• If you change the date more than 14 days before your flight you will be charged US$200/£165. If you change 8-13 days prior to your flight date you will be charged US$300/£248. Note - price is subject to availability of seats in Camp America's contract booking rate, so if seats are not available or above the change fee, you may be offered an alternative date or the possibility of paying more to get your choice of date. Charges are based on airline imposed penalties and higher ticket costs of late changes to flights.
• If you need to change your return flight date within 7 days of your flight you will need to contact our US office (go to the contact page in the left-hand menu on your CA site) to check availability and price (minimum of $300/£248 but may be more).
