The visa process in Poland is managed by the Camp America office in Warsaw. Every applicant will receive an email from the Warsaw office containing detailed instructions. DO NOT START ANY VISA APPLICATION BEFORE RECEIVING AN EMAIL FROM CAMP AMERICA WARSAW OFFICE.
The visa process will start around February 2026. Up until that time, please ensure that you have provided all the program documents that were initially required during the application process, like references, police check or copies of your passport/student ID.
