For 40 years, Camp America Job Fairs have been bringing US summer camps and applicants together in one room - face-to-face, in real life, and with real outcomes.

Long before online portals, video calls, and back-and-forth messages, Camp America was flying camp directors to the UK so they could meet potential staff properly. That belief hasn’t changed - because when it comes to hiring for camp, meeting in person still works best.

Where it all started

The very first Camp America Job Fair took place in 1986, in London. From day one, the idea was simple: camps don’t just want applications - they want to meet people. And applicants don’t just want a job title - they want to know who they’ll be working for and where they’ll be spending their summer.

Four decades later, that same idea is still at the heart of everything we do.

Today, Camp America Job Fairs are the largest in-person summer camp hiring events in the UK.

Each January:

• 120+ US camps attend our London Job Fair
• 45-65 camps attend our Glasgow and Manchester Job Fairs
• 1,000+ summer camp jobs are available across roles, locations, and camp types
