The Role:

Join our dynamic London office in Kensington and take charge of our social media presence. If you have a deep love for TikTok, SnapChat, Instagram, and YouTube, and are familiar with the Metaverse, we want you! This role focuses on keeping our social channels active, engaging with followers, and ensuring our online community thrives. Camp alumni are highly encouraged to apply. This role offers the opportunity to travel to universities and events around the UK, so confidence in delivering presentations, communicating meaningfully with professionals and young people, and networking is essential.

This is a full-time, in-office role based at our head office in Kensington, London. The working hours are Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Maintain and engage with our social media channels daily
  • Respond to questions and interact with our community on TikTok, SnapChat, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Monitor and nurture our social networks to ensure a vibrant and positive online presence
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and features in the Metaverse
  • Focus on maintaining and growing our social media presence rather than content creation

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and materials that support recruitment goals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns, events, and other initiatives to drive engagement
  • Attend recruitment events with students/young people to discuss/promote the Camp America program
  • Confidently deliver presentations about Camp America to students and university staff, generating leads and engaging with diverse audiences

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Extensive experience with TikTok, SnapChat, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with the Metaverse and its social media applications
  • Excellent community management skills to stay on top of interactions and engagement
  • Ideally, you’re a camp alumni who understands the camp spirit and is eager to reconnect
  • Ability to stay current with social media trends and updates

Availability 

You must be available to start by 1 September 2025 until at least 29 April 2026 (there may be flexibility on a later end date if you are returning to camp).
