Why did you choose to do Camp America?

My family friend told me about it when I was younger & hyped it up!

Favourite summer camp memory?

My favourite camp moment was during my third summer. I'd missed my graduation, but my camp had decided to hold a graduation ceremony one evening. I got to watch all my friends from the last 3 summers go up and collect their 'diploma' and went up myself, despite graduating the year prior! Such a sweet moment to celebrate with my closest friends!

What did Camp America teach you?

The biggest thing I've learnt from being a camp counsellor is that I don't need my phone to have fun! The best memories I have aren't recorded or photographed. Camp is truly for living in the moment! 

A piece of advice…

You'll have the most fun if you throw yourself in the deep end. Remember it's only summer camp at the end of the day, it's not that deep!
