Sending over 7,000 applicants to camp every year certainly takes a lot of work! Throughout our peak times of the season we recruit for seasonal positions to help with the demand and who better to help people get to camp then someone's who has been through it all themselves!

What kind of roles?

The Camp America Head Office is made up of a number of different departments; Applications, Visas, Police Check and Payments, Marketing, Customer Service and Medicals. Each department has a number of positions designed to help through their specific work load. All of the positions are based in our London office and will have different start/end dates based on their duties and peak times. Although you may be hired in one department we do require all of our seasonal staff to be flexible and happy to take on a number of different tasks when asked - if you've been to camp you'll be used to that! As well as the specific positions in the office there will also be the opportunity to help out at our flagship events such as; Info Nights, Recruitment Fairs and Orientations.

Who are we looking for?

We're always looking for people who have had their own positive and enjoyable camp experience. Whichever department you're working in your ultimate goal is to help our applicants through the process as smoothly as possible and set them on the way to an incredible summer. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic and with skills in; communication, teamwork, self-motivation, customer service and preferably some admin experience. Throughout the season the work load can get very demanding and may require some evening and weekend work. We want people in our office to have the same positive energy and enthusiasm for the programme that they did on camp. It is a fun working environment to be in (people actually want to hear your camp stories!). So if you think this is you then get in touch.

Position: Overseas Development Marketing Graduate
Department: Recruitment Department
Location: Queen’s Gate, London, SW7 5HR

We are looking for a MARKETING GRADUATE who is a hands-on, creative, and driven individual to research and develop new overseas opportunities and identify new growth areas. They should be able to create relevant marketing content and engaging campaigns to directly attract our target market within these new countries. They should also have the ability to establish new relationships and contacts in order to expand our network.
