Jack

Hi everyone! I’m Jack, I’m 24 and I’m from Liverpool.

Back in 2015 I was placed at a special needs summer camp called The Lodge, which is in the beautiful Catskill Mountains in New York.
Before I was placed I had no intention of working on a special needs camp, and I was a classic 19/20 year old pumped for a summer of fun and a cliché Parent Trap experience. I had no idea just how much going to a special needs camp would change my life.

Fast forward 4 years and I’m getting ready for my 5th summer at my favourite place. I’ve met so many friends I’ll have for life; travelled the world and lived in some amazing places over the past 3 years. I wouldn’t have done it, if I hadn’t gone to camp in the first place.
