There are no words to describe how close you become with people when they are your workmates, roomates and basically your entire life for 8 weeks. You see each other at your best and worst and get to know each other so well. Also, you get used to time apart so make so much more out of the short time you have together.
Not a day goes by that I don't think about or speak to my friends from camp. The friends I made at camp I know will be in my life forever. Although the friendship is totally different from my other friends, I know I could phone them and tell them I'm flying over the next day and they would have the tostios chips and salsa ready for me arriving.
