Camp Overview
Lake Bryn Mawr Camp is a residential private camp for girls with one, seven week session. The camp philosophy is based on four core values - Loyalty, Beauty, Merit and Comradeship - one that empowers girls, builds their self-esteem and encourages personal growth.
Their camp family is energetic and spirited. They share their love of camp every day by singing, cheering, wearing green and gold and participating in traditional camp events like Color War, Olympics, Wacky Wednesdays, Gold Rush and Talent Shows. Of course, we can't forget the s'mores at the Campfires.
They rely on a staff of enthusiastic, motivated and skilled women and men from all over the world who love camp, enjoy working with girls, and have passions they want to share while building their résumés. Your experience will be a summer of a lifetime!
STAFF TIME OFF
You will have six days off during the summer (from reveille until safety check-in), plus two additional nights off each week (6:00 p.m. until safety check-in), for a total of three (including your day off). On days you’re on, your program director or head counselor will give you a period off. Every Sunday night we have staff nights. The group leaders or senior staff will supervise your campers while you attend a fun event with your fellow counselors.
