You can recommend AS MANY people as you want & each recommendation equals one competition entry. That means the more you enter, the higher your chance of winning. 

Terms & Conditions

• To enter this competition, you must be 18 years or older.
• To enter, you must submit the name and email address of a person who will be aged 18 years or over by 1st June 2018 and who is not currently on the Camp America database.

• A person that has been recommend will be randomly selected as a winner. The person that recommended them will win a Camp America Trek and the recommended person will win their Camp America fees for summer 2018.
• This competition is being run by Camp America of 37 Queen’s Gate, London, SW7 5HR, which is a subsidiary of The American Institute for Foreign Study. American Institute for Foreign Study (UK) Ltd. Registered in England No. 939488.
• The closing date of the competition is 12pm on Monday 31st July 2017.
• The winners will be contacted via email within a week of the competition closing.
• This competition is only open to current UK residents.
• This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Camp America or The American Institute for Foreign Study.
• The closing date is as specified and Camp America reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
• By entering the competition, the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Camp America may require.
• The prize will not be transferable to anyone else.
• No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
• Camp America reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this, we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.

The Camp America Trek Prize

• Upon redeeming the prize, if the winner wishes to take part in the Camp America Trek they are bound to Camp America Treks Terms and Conditions and Intrepid Travel’s Terms and Conditions.
• Camp America Treks are operated by Intrepid Travel.
• The Camp America Trek that will be awarded is the Best of America New York City to San Francisco: https://www.campamericatreks.com/best-of-america
• The Camp America Trek must be taken in 2017.
• Dates of the trip are subject to availability.
• The Camp America Trek prize covers the cost of the trek only. All travel to the start point of the trip, kitty and additional payments must be covered by the winner. Please see the trip notes for more information about spending money that will be required.
• Once the trek has finished, the winner will be responsible for their own travel and costs.

The Camp America Fees Prize

• The winner of the Camp America fees will have their Camp America payments covered only. All third party costs must be paid by the winner. Click here for details of our current costs.
• If the winner wishes to take part in the Camp America programme, they must commit to a minimum of 9 weeks participation and must be available to depart for the USA sometime between 1st May and 20th June 2018.
• If the Camp America Fees winner wishes to take part in the Camp America programme, the first time applicant must meet with a Camp America representative for an interview. The interviewer will assess the winner’s suitability for participation on the Camp America programme.
• Upon redeeming the prize, if the winner wishes to take part in the Camp America programme they are bound to Camp America's Terms and Conditions.
• As part of the Camp America application process, if the winner wishes to take part in the Camp America programme, they must also agree to complete, pass and pay for an Enhanced Criminal Background check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
• If the winner wishes to take part in the Camp America programme they must also agree to provide the required references from individuals who can verify their suitability for participation on the Camp America programme.
• If the winner wishes to take part in the Camp America programme they must complete Camp America's medical form with their doctor or physician, to determine that they are in good and proper health for working on a summer camp.
• If the winner wishes to take part in the Camp America programme they must also pass, pay for and complete the J-1 Cultural Exchange Visa interview with the Embassy/Consulate of the United States of America. The J-1 visa is required to work at summer camp, with Camp America.
