Hey guys, I've also been on RSG since early March. I emailed few camps but heard nothing, I'm literally sick of waiting and not being able to do anything. Do you have any idea of what you're gonna do over the summer if you won't get a place at camp?

I looked at doing a camp america trek but they were all so expensive even with the CA discount, and I was going to use the money you can claim back to pay for it but i dont think £168 is gonna cover it :D

£168? What about a visa fee? This is also refunded, so we get around £280 back. I don't think I will be going to USA if I don't get a place at camp. I'm thinking of doing au pair somewhere in Southern Europe, but it depends if I manage to find a family in such a short period of time :)

Sophie I know how you feel. It's the last summer ever I would be able to do anything like this as I'm graduating next summer. So I won't be able to apply for camp America next year, don't even think I would wanna re-apply and wait, as I feel like I've wasted this month by sitting and doing nothing. Thankfully we only have few days left of waiting.

Well we have a few days left you never know Aleksandra. Well I'd be able to do it next year but is be tempted to go to the recruitment fair and see how it goes. I've just applied for a kids activity centre thing for in August if camp America falls through, because I'm rather doubtful but I'd still be able to do that either way..,

I've just rung up and they're now offering refunds if you don't want to wait. Hopefully I can get placed next year, good luck to the rest of you!

I've decided to get my money back. I've applied for a children's activity centre during August, I can apply next year
