Special delivery for Passport @ Embassy?

by darran3386 » 27 Apr 2012, 14:34

I read somewhere that we need to buy from our local post office a 'prepaid special delivery envelope' for our passport to be posted back to us. I only read that we needed to take it to our visa appointment at the London embassy once and once only, so does anyone know if i need to? Dont really fancy spending a tenner when it wasnt necessary.

You only need that if you're in Ireland. If you're going to London, then don't worry about it. Just hand in the form after you have your interview. [I went to the embassy yesterday]
Flights:

11th June - 16:15pm EDT - United - Newark to Pittsburgh
