whoops a daisy! thought my visa forms were perfect, then realised that for the DS-156 form i wrote that I was paying for my trip and a mate's just told me i should have written the address for CA. Is she right and am I screwed? My appointments may 23rd

Your friend is right. Camp America are paying and you put the American office address. Did you follow the instructions on the visa mailing that Camp America sent out? The info is clearly stated on there so read it through again and complete another online form. It's ok to do that - just throw away the one you messed up.

It says in the mail we have to staple the three D-forms together (without mentioning a particular order) while it says in the instructions that we have to hand them in to the embassy guys in a specific order but without mentioning the stapling. What do we have to do? Might sound like a minor issue but I dont want to risk anything. ;)

According to the UK instruction the last sheet has to be the D-156 Barcode page. Nothing about that in the mail today, thats why I am a bit unsure.
