Hey! I went to Ladore last year  . Its really nice - i'm happy to answer questions - if you have any.

Most people are really nice, the children are lovely but hard work and the scenery is lovely.

Camp!!!

by Lisa8645 » 25 Jan 2008, 10:01

lol! im getting excited too.. i was drinking something and i nearly choked when i seen camp ladore in the subject box! well a little bit..! the camp is really nice, its big, there's a dining hall, huge swimming pool, staff lounge, white tent where the kids sing songs and things. a health lodge...a lake, a waterfall, i won't tell you everything cos i don't want to spoil it! you can actually see it if you go onto google earth and type in camp ladore, pennsylvania!!
we went on trips too..like we went to niagara falls, and seen a baseball match. and lots of shoping trips!!
the kids are hard work sometimes but lovely, theyre cute. you do so much during the day you'll wonder how you did it when you come home!
activites...you do things like athletics, swimming, boating, arts and crafts, fishing, archery, there's more but i can't think!
it is quite a bit about God.. it shocked me at first cos the way they o things is so different to me at home.. but it's nice in the end and it brings everyone together.. there are over 120 staff members (i counted them in the photo!)

ask me whatever you want, are you on facebook.. all my pictures are on there (Lisa Johnston) . when is your flight date.. when did you find out you were going to this camp? how old are you two?
