Of course we make sure they have the skills you need - e.g. the lifeguards, the horse riding, water-ski, archery and soccer instructors - and many are entering the caring field or are suitable for faith-based camps.

Booth Only Option

Do you have an assistant director in Europe? Many camps, after years of working with Camp America, have members of staff willing and able to hire staff members for your camp. If you can't make it over to Europe yourself, sign up for the free booth only option.

The Right Staff at the Right Price

We want you to enjoy your hiring experience with us by offering you a low, no gimmick price to travel to Europe and hire the greatest camp staff in the world. Come to our fairs and find the best people for your camp, and don't worry about the minimum number of staff you have to hire. You tell us how many people you need, not the other way around! We only ask that you attend with both the intent and authority to hire. If you don't find everything you need at the fairs, we can always find you the perfect staff at any time during the placement season.

First Class Screening

Our experienced, trained interviewers conduct in-depth face-to-face interviews. Applicants are required to provide two current references and a police check. In the UK, for example, applicants apply for an Enhanced background check through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). This is not the same as a standard police check - an enhanced DBS is the highest level police clearance. Your campers' safety is our highest priority. Watch out; many organisations do not adhere to these same high standards.
