We recruit staff from all over the world – and boy do they bring that something extra to camp! Of course we make sure they have the skills you need – e.g. the lifeguards, the horse riding, waterski, archery and soccer instructors - and many are entering the caring field or are suitable for faith-based camps.

Our Returner Deal for 2012 is also one to savour, as we will charge no program fee for your returning international staff who choose our Own Travel option!
International Recruitment Fairs.
We were the first company to introduce Camp Directors Fairs, and in our 2011 season, Camp America continued this tradition; offering you the chance to travel to London, Edinburgh, Manchester and Warsaw - to meet applicants face-to-face. And with our 2011 London Fair costing only $75 for camps committing to hiring 5 or more staff – this is provided a fantastic, cost-effective way of staffing up for the summer!
First Class Screening.
In 2011, more applicants than ever before registered an interest in the Camp America program (over 40,000). Our experienced, trained interviewers conduct in-depth face-to-face interviews with applicants in all countries. Applicants are required to provide two current references and a police check. In the UK, for example, applicants apply for an Enhanced Criminal Record Check through the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB). This is not the same as a standard police check – an enhanced CRB is the highest level police clearance. Your campers’ safety is our highest priority. Watch out; many organizations do not adhere to these same high standards.
