Increase to Visa Application fee

The US State Department has announced an increase of the J-1 Visa Application fee that is effective as of April 13th 2012. Therefore, the charge we will now have to make for any London/Belfast Embassy appointments made on/after this date will be increased from £125 to £139.

The staff at our London office have been working tirelessly prior to the increase to book appointments for our Placed applicants - who have made their first, second and CRB payments. Embassy appointments already booked before April 13th for dates at the Embassy after this date will not be subject to the £14 increase, as it is at the point of making the booking that the increase is applied. Only new appointment bookings incur the increase.

As this fee is effective worldwide, appointment fees for applicants outside of the UK will be calculated at a local rate and you should check your local US Embassy website for up to date information.
