9 - recruitment fair

I havent been around for a while cause ... well there just hasnt been much to say.  However I went to the Manchester Recruitment fair yesterday.  I had such a good time I met Natalie (who is going to be doing Gymnastics as Wa-Klo) and her friend Mellisa who was hoping to get placed at the fair.  We went to a bakers n got dinner n then went n queued to get into the manchester town hall at half 1 ish.  Natalie was surprised there was a queue and i was surprised at how small the queue was lol i was expecting it to be really bus but when we got there the queue wasnt very big at all so we queued untill 2ish by which time there were two queues though we hadnt been made aware there were two queues it turned out that Natalie and I were in the wrong queue as we had already had our interviews so we should have been on the other side.  We went n just stood near the front - Natalie was scared we'd get into trouble n everyone would hate us but we had been queueing since before the second queue existed so i wasnt about to go all the way to the back of that queue.  No one did argue though so we got in easily which was good.  Then we went and found the Wa-Klo stand and had a chat with Karen and Steph and Lizzie who had been at camp last year and is doing it again this year and Lizzie did the musicals so she was able to tell me all about drama and answered all the questions I had.  Basically i have to run the drama group of about 15 girls and I'll be responsible for the final play that the girls perform so i'll need to organise auditions and rehearsals and everything.  So it sounds like loads of responsibilty but so much fun.  I need to come up with some ice-breakers for the first few sessions so that will be loads of fun.
Im going to work tonight booo.  And 2mora and saturday night.  But that means for this week i will have earned £60.60 whoooo so thats not too bad.
I really should be revising. Oh well.

No I haven't really been offered a placement yet.. but atleast I got "guaranteed status" which is awesome :D I've been making totally different plans for the summer but I guess those can be rearranged.. ;D how about you? How does everything feel for the summer?
