Camp America participants will automatically gain access to the forum when they reach the Ready To Place status. Until then, the forum and its contents are read only. When an applicant reaches the RTP stage, accessing the Participant Zone will automatically create a forum login and users can begin posting and replying to forum content.

I've been placed here, would be nice to know who else is going here and if anyone know what the camp is like?

I was there last summer and this summer I am gooing too. IT is very nice place nice people and everthing is ok there:)

That's cool. Was quite worried as no one had replied back. When you going there?

I'm gonna be there 19th June for 10 weeks.

hey guys! im from worcester, in england. west midlands. so im guessin we r all gunna be on the same camp? its the one near pearl river yeah but all i can find is campgrounds...does that mean theres more than one?do either of u know anything more about the camp? jennie im guessin we r gunna be on the same flight?! x

Hey, i thought the same about the camps, its a shame there isn't a website, as i type it in on google n there r lots of different 1's so i don't no which 1 wud be the 1 we'r going 2! Rebecca, sounds like we cud be, im from nottingham in the east midlands! Jenny x

i think so? my start date is the 20th and flight is the 19th, hope we get to know the place and look around before we start! be good to get to no ppl before we go so..Im Jenny from Nottingham im 20yrs old, 21 in April :) im a farmer by day and a keen sports player, beaver leader and volunteer by night!! What r u studyin Jay? i emailed the camp director 4 sum more info n got a really insitefull letter back, sayin all about the camp and wot its like and bout wot we'l be doin! found it really helpful :) Jenny
