Post What To Bring: Something To Share From Home Country.
So my placement details are telling me to bring something from my home country (England)
Was just wondering...what kind of things will everyone be taking? I mean a flag is an obvious option...anyone taking something different?

I usually take a flag, chocolate (which is usually shared with the staff - but occassionally with the campers) and also I take a whole bunch of shiny pennies that I give to all the campers - they love it - and that I can use as S.W.A.P.s if I am at a Girl Scout meeting.

You could take postcards or photos from you home town.

i'm teaching kids how to make jewellery using silver.
if i was to use the 5p coins as charms on the bracelets, drilling small holes into them...would that be classed as "defacing" the queen and agaisnt the lasw?

A Everton fc flag as they are my boys. That is a must!
I was going to take some beatles stuff but they will be too young and not know who they are lol
They would not be able to read a Liverpool dictionary if i took one as we speak a totally different language.
Not sure what else i can take?
