Hey guys, I'm placed in New Hampshire, but apparently my camp doesn't take many people from camp america so I don't know if anyone will want to go traveling after. Is anyone staying around that area that would like to hit up a few different places with me, see the sites and chill out in the sun before coming back to the uk for another cold year of work/uni?

Im in New Hampshire too was wondering the same thing because i havent seen a single post about the Camp im supposed to be going to, was starting to think maybe im the only employee! Whats your camp called? I really want to travel after, seems silly to not make the most of already being in America! Ive had a look at the Camp America Treks website and they have some good ideas on there! Where were you thinking of heading?

Im going to camp Kenwood and Evergreen, I'm not 100% sure of where to stop, or how to go about traveling, I was thinking of just making my way down the east coast, but i did look at the trecks and they look awesome, but i think the one i wanted wasnt on when i finish or something silly! I finish the 15th, how about you?

i think i finish on the saturday of that week which is the 18th? but im at Pierce Camp Birchmont, i'll have a look on the map see how far away yours is.. im in a town/city (whatever you want to call it) called Woolfeboro? or something like that! yeah i definitely want to go to boston and New york with while be below us..but as for everywhere else its quite trek away! so guess it depends on money. are you intending to just spend the money that you earn over there?

Im hoping what i earn will be enough to cover food and such, I want to do a trek america thing, but right now I'm waiting to see how money will look at the end of this term. I'd have a week to kill in between the end of camp and start of the trek so id go see boston and get a good look round new york!

yeah i think it would be quite nice to get a larger group going if possible..at least then theres more of a social side to it aswel as the travelling where were you thinking of heading? Anywhere in particular? And whats your finish date in august?

Hi there, I am also at camp in Maine. I would love to go travelling but i havent come across anyone going to my camp. I was thinking travelling the east coast, apparently is beautiful- Portland- Maine, Boston (and cape cod), Rhode Island, Massachussetts, Connecticut then New York City for a few days at the end. Was thinking the whole trip around 10 days. There is a train that is easily available and its like $90 if you book in advance. I finish camp on 10th August. Anyone else that would be up for something similar or have any other ideas please get in contact!
