i've still not been placed and am on RTPB, are you?

i was meant to go to orientation tomo in manc, but i'm not going because i'm still not placed. CA sent the email round saying it's not mandatory, so if its a bit of an effort you don't need to. but you can if you want to.... if that makes sense?

I'm still not placed either and I went to mine. Like has been said, if it's an effort to go, then don't, the info is all on the website anyway really, but it's good fun.

I'm not placed either. I've got my orientation this saturday, and I will go because one of my friend will go because she barely understand english (I'm translating everything for her) and she's been placed about 3 days ago.
I don't even got the RSG mail or anything, so as the director of CA will be at the orientation I'll ask him what I will do now!

For awhile it was looking promising with a girl scout camp in south Carolina but after is sent the Camp Director an email with the attathed application form she asked me to fill out she never got back to me and i sent the email two weeks ago this wednesday so i prob dont have the job and i think the position has already been filled but C'est La Vie im guessing if i got the Job she would have told me by now. Oh well plenty more opportunities are just waiting in the wings for me

Lauren, you should email her back and ask about it! You know for sure then, and if she hadn't 10% decided yet it might give you that extra push, because it shows your keen.

I heard we will know by June the 1st if we get the RSG or if we are cancelled from the program. It's so hard! I'm a returner and I'm not even in GS, only in RTBP. In France we didn't have any emails explaining the RSG, and looking in the forum I saw that it will be proposed only to some people, and of course people from the UK come first. So now I gotta hope to the 1st of june!

Ask her how is going your application, and if she already has hired all the people she needs for this summer.
Show her your interest for this camp.
Good luck :)

Yeah, like Sylvia said. Say something like 'Hi, I was just wondering if you'd received my application and had chance to have a look? I've been looking at your camp webstie/brochure (whatever they have) and I really like the look of Camp XXX.
