I got a text from secure mail yesterday saying my visa would be delivered today and it hasn't turned up, it said delivery would be between 8am to 6pm today, its now 6.30 and its still no where to be seen. Did anyone else have this problem?

I had this problem, the idiots had the wrong adress down!

This happened to me - they couldn't find my house. I contacted them and they'd rearranged a delivery for 2 days later.

Oh ok. Do you know what number do I need to contact? It is so annoying as my mum got to work early and then stayed late waiting for it, i am not sure she will do it again. Do you think i can rearrange the delivery address?

Did they not even post a card through your door with the number! Im not sure which corrier they use as my mum dealt with it all. if noone gets bk ill see if i can find out from her

They didn't even come at all today, my mum was in all day and no one arrived, so nope no card!! I have a number on the text they sent me, i guess i could try ringing that tomorrow as i doubt anyone will be there now!

I just rang the number to, apparently they turned up at the delivery address this afternoon at 3.15, but my mum was there so clearly they didn't ring the bell or anything, but have re-arranged delivery and its now coming to me at uni, less hassle!! Thanks for everyone's advice!!

I think they have lazy staff or something. Quite a few people have reported being in, yet it being 'undelivered' and no card left.

Pretty poor in my opinion!

And especially as what they are delivering is very important!!

I had the exact same problem last wednesday when they were suppose to have delivered it... this was my complaint letter which they replied to and were very appologetic and are going to phone me back to see if I can claim compensation lol (i recieved my passport back today)...

The delivery was suppose to be on Wednesday 29th April. I waited in all day and when it got to 6pm I checked my tracking code on your website and apparently I missed the delivery! No card was put through the door, and not even anyone had knocked! I have a dog and she would have barked if someone had knocked the door! The following day I put in a re-delivery date for 1st May as this was my only other day off during the week. I waited up until 3pm and decided (after staying in all day again) to phone up and see if the delivery was still going to be made. I was told he attempted delivery at 2.38! Only half an hour ago. The man told me there was nothing he could do but rearange delivery! This is totally unfair as I used my days off to wait for the delivery off my passport to be posted back to me!

There were no calling cards and no evidence to say they had even tried to deliver!! I've wasted my 2 days off and no one has even been here to deliver it! I'm totally furious as its not just a letter but my passport which I need ASAP! You had my phone number to phone me if for some strange reason myself and my dog didn't hear the door so why didn't they - what was the whole point in giving you my phone number...

Are you sure your delivery person is even doing his job - because I don't think he is!

Lastly - why couldn't he redeliver if he 'attempted' delivery less than an hour ago and MUST BE IN THE AREA if he really did try to deliver! I think his sat nav is broken.
