Camp America participants will automatically gain access to the forum when they reach the Ready To Place status. Until then, the forum and its contents are read only. When an applicant reaches the RTP stage, accessing the Participant Zone will automatically create a forum login and users can begin posting and replying to forum content.

I finish camp on the 3rd of september (really late i know!!!) (also my birthday!!!) does anyone else finish around then?? i cant decide whether to do trek america southwest trail and then fly back to New York or just travel with people i meet out there?..... also if anyone applyin happens to be a bit of a surf bum and wants to travel along the coast a bit, let me know... can i come too!!!!

i really wanna learn to surf.. so thinking a week in hawaii is needed if ure up 4 it?

haha ill be surfing on the west coast for a month if i can find myself a cheap board. im not to sure ull find much surf on the east coaszt i.e. new york unless you get down to florida(sebastian).

im a bit of a surf babe!! haha but im heading over earlier to do some surfing before camp!! maybe some more afterwards as well....coz was think of going to hawaii on the way home maybe!!!

hmmmmm well i just booked myself on southwest trail so dun reckon am gonna have time for that, but im gonna try get to newport beach before i go home, if ure in LA between the 21st and the 24th let me know, surf buddies wud be fab!!

I finish on the 19th too, and was hoping to go to Hawaii after - want to learn to surf, but also want to get my advanced PADI diver cert (I already have an open water one).
Have to wait until exam results are out on june 22nd though before I know if I'll be able to travel after camp or be back for resits!

hey! yea im gonna be in california from the 15th of september, staying in santa monica, but def heading out to surf hartington beach/long beach/newport beach. you still gonna be down there then????

thats a shame, well if ya fancy, im gonna try get a day trip to orange county to surf some of the beaches down there, probably gonna try go a few times before then, cuz i fly back on the 25th.
