Post good places for shopping
thought we could all give a few places that are really good for shopping

1. Macys. if u go to the customer service desk in macys and tell them you're foreign u get a 11% off discount card that can be used in any macys across the country and on most things too. its a good way to offset the tax u get charged.

2. Century 21. no not the store they have the across the country but the massive department store opposite the 9/11 site. its really good here for bargains and they have diesel jeans etc for really really cheap.

3. Woodbury Common. its like a MASSIVE outlet shopping place, and they have like every kind of store, nike, adidas, gap, diesel and all teh clothes are dead cheap. i've been there twice. once on a coach and once by train. u'd spend liek literally 6+hours shoppin there and its a good day out if you're in the new york area. plus u get a big book of coupons.

i went there on labour day (which is like a massive american bank holiday) and all the stores in new york were having sales and u can pick up some amazingly cheao stuff

The Mall of America is in Minnesota.

Target is like Wal-Mart but with better clothes so that's one to check out.

You cant quite buy the whole shop cos you need to get it home - but have fun trying to decide what to buy.
