Post Is anyone else really confused about return flights?
hello!

Im going to minnesota this summer and its my 1st time going to CA. I have to travel to minnesota from heathrow london to minneoppolis on the 23rd of june.

I have no idea wat type of flight eg DIY or fixed flights to book and where or when to book it for. i thought u had to book flights at end of camp if ur going home striaght away or as soon as uve left camp if travell wiv friends.it seems that im mistaken. i thought that ud book return flights this way cos u dont really know what ur plans are about travellin wiv friends until u get there. is ne 1 else confused and can ne 1 explain return flights to me.

i hope i dont sound stupid.lol

you dont need to book a flight going to camp, camp america does this for you

if u want to know about flying back to england, log onto your camp america personal page and click the tab called return flights. it has all the details there for you.

if u know what date u wanna fly and its from new york then its free. and their are other prices too

i recommend u log on now to read about it

ok what dont u understand in particular?

if you pick a date that u know you wanna fly on from only NY, then its free. you just circle the date u wanna fly

if you know u wanna fly back from NY but aint sure about the date, then u can pay an extra £65, then about a week before you wanna fly back, you log onto camp america and pick your flight home including the airline, and time etc (its really good)

then if u wanna fly back from any other city, it costs even more (but its cheaper to fly to new york yourself)

hope that helps

I have just been looking into the return flights, it seems to me as if you know when you want to return you can give them a date before you leave the U.K however if you are unsure then you'll need to purchase an open ticket this allows you to book your flight back as late as 7 days before you want to. However i recommend looking on the site as it only enables you to fly back from southern or central airports.

Hope I’ve helped a tiny bit

Have a fab summer
