Camp America participants will automatically gain access to the forum when they reach the Ready To Place status. Until then, the forum and its contents are read only. When an applicant reaches the RTP stage, accessing the Participant Zone will automatically create a forum login and users can begin posting and replying to forum content.

 Please help. i cant fill out my ds 156, visa in morn!!

it says, in relation to Q4 (issuance date)
that it cannot be later than today.

Well it is not. I presume the mean passport issuance date?
Thats what I have entered,

02 may 2008


Has anyone come accross this problem before, does anyone know how to comondeer this problem?

Any help would be majorly appriciated. Have to set off at 5am to get to the embassy for 9 so nothing can be done in the morning.

i have never come across this problem, if i remember correctly q4 is just the issuance date for your passport, so whenever it was issued to you! should be on the photographic page of your passport!

Katy are you making sure to enter the dates in the format they request them? Could that be the problem?

guys, im not putting it in wrong. it just wont accept it on the date that i'm entering.

anyone can think what to do?

it will be the issuance date of your passport wont it?
have you tried both the english way and american format of entering it?

NO. the date is only able to be entered one way, as the middle selection reads.. JUNE.

I have just left it blank.

hope it will be ok to get it filled out tomorrow. or handwrite it on.

If necessary you can redo the form in the embassy cos there are 2 (i think) computers in the embassy for use by people who made mistakes on there forms!

if you have a serious problem i would either close and re-open the form, or fill it in as best you can and leave it until you get there.
I didnt have a problem, i put in 09 march 2005 and it accepted it. keep trying, but as Anna rightly pointed out, there will be computers there for those who need it, so dont worry too much! :)

i went the embassy today and the computers were broken, people were having to go to an internet cafe as some silly boy printed off his ds form so it was 2 pages on one like some sort of book. bless
