and ive been to america for a school trip (was a kool one) so does that mean I have had a visa before it was 8 days I never had to fill out stuf like this

you put somethign liek UKPA for the passport issuing coutry. (if you ahve the instructions it explains on there).

If you went on a school trip you would have had a visa waiver to exepmt you form a visa becayse its only a trip so NO visa

im from nothern ireland had to get an emergency one last time i went to america or i would of got an irish one but UK is not there neither is northern ireland n british either

for your place of birth you need to say where you were born so put that there.
