I think I start on the 2nd June, so should be there when you arrive!
I know right, the lack of info is annoying! But what i have found looks good!
I was e-mailed last week by the camp director and he said that I was a riding instructor and also a counsellor- so will sleep in the bunks with the kids. Do you have any clue what you will be doing?

In the email from the camp director he just said I'd be a member of the riding staff, so not sure exactly what I'll be doing. I'm also doing the American Red Cross lifeguard course before I go so not sure what I'll need that for either!

I have no idea what to do next or what I'll need to take or anything!

I got e-mailed to do the red cross course but couldn't make it I'm sure there is info on camp america website/ you'll be e-mailed it when you sign up!

I got the placement. My starting date is June 25th, till September 10th. I hope I'm going to come earlier but I don't know yet. It depends on my studies.

Ahhh so excited that i have found this post because i have been looking everywhere for other people who are going to my camp
I got placed last week as a Horeseriding instructor and also assisting with tennis !! However i havent really had much more info about it , so just waiting to hear from them.

I've been talking to a girl who went here last year and she said that we will get contacted by the head stable manager with more details at some point, so hopefully that's soon! also been told the tips are really good! If I find out anything else I'll let you know. Ahhh can't wait for summer!

I got an e-mail from Arno Mares about 2/3 weeks ago saying i'll get more info about camp within the next week....i never got the e-mail! Did you get that e-mail as well?
It has come round sooooo fast! I'm so unorganised...still sorting out medical thing and my vaccs! Left it a bit late haha
I think i'll take my hat and boot and maybe a couple pairs of jods. But it'll be sooo hot, i'm thinking i'll teach in longish shorts and a t-shirt!? Hopefully we'll get more info soon though!
