Post Baggage insurance
Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for alternative baggage insurance? I just feel that camp america's that wee bit too expensive.

Thanks!

Jill :) x

I wanted to know the same!! And also the Camp America baggage insurance apparently only covers you whilst you are on the flight!!
Doesn't include travelling and whilst you are at camp.
And seen as airlines have a certain responsiblity or something it does seem stupid to pay £69!

xx

I want to know this too, I tried looking the other day but couldnt find any good deals, but you could get travel insurance plus baggage insurance for about £35 on one of the comparision websites. might be worth doing that and just having two lots of medical insurance lol xx

You should be careful doing that, a lot of times if you have the same insurance twice you aren't actually covered at all. You would have to check both policies very carefully to ensure that you could have your camp america insurance and additional travel insurance and baggage insurance.

Anyone got any good travel insurance for possessions? I have expensive cameras and Laptop for my work at camp ! Even though it's my 4th year on the program, I always thought the CA insurance covered me, especially since it's so expensive!!

hay i am gona get insurance from barclays its quite expensive (£200) but it covers my full three months very good baggage insurance, money passports , laptops phones. plus it covers my internal flights i already have booked for traveling after and i have already booked hotels and i covers them as well. Also give me medical cover, and they said as long as i only claim off of one insurer it does not matter if i have two medical insurances Xx
