Hey all!!!
My application just started circulating two days ago!! Is this too late? Im really worried!I sent in my police check receipt 5 weeks ago and my application is only doing the rounds now!Is this procedure? I have no Visa's or anything yet!! What happens if you dont get placed!!

I am still on ready to be placed as well you are not the only one. I have been panicing recently that i am too late but I contacted CA and they are placing ppl right up till end June so theres not much you can do we just have to sit and wait. It is so annoying but fingers crossed... As for visas etc you cant do any of that until you are placed or on guaranteed so you really do just have to wait.

camp. it started cirulating a few week ago and every message on this every1 seems to have a place ie why i started panicing lol but they said you can get placed right up till end june and lots ppl dont have a place yet so not to worry too much. drives me mad tho i log on like 5 times a day cheeckin it im goin mad lol. Really wanna go!

Yeh me too!!Im on the verge of being obsessive!!lol! Trying to only check it 3 times a day but its so dam hard!! Whats all this craic bout Guaranteed Place and last minute!!? I would die of i had lik three days notice!!

From what I'v read you can be on ready to be placed like us . Guaranteed Place which means ur deff goin they just dont know where . Ready steady go when you can go like any time you have to have your bags just ready. Or actualy get a place and a set date.

i dont really care if i knew i was goin id be over the moon altho if i got like 3 days notice id be sooo stressed lol I put my avalibility date 28th which is monday! so I'm scared they will do that to me but its seriously so annoying waiting lol.
I've been trying to say I wont go on for 2 days then hopfully I'll have sumthing but I always end up checking it lol and everytime no change

No but its up to you I was advised not too as if they want staff they will look and they dont want people hassling them but I'm wondering if i should try If you email any let me know how you go with it.

hi! i dont have any offers and im annoyed 2!
it takes so long, mine has been circulating for about a month now, i think no one wants me!
i hate having to wait and ive got a feeling i wont get placed at all!
i emailed some camps but they said they are all full up!

I know how frustrating it for you guys whose applications that have only gone into circulation not to have gotten any offers yet but be patient if you are on G. placement then you will def get a job, if not there is still a good chance that you will get a job. Remember that there are people who waited from oct to april and may to get placed. What I would suggest at this point is don't be too picky if you are offered a camp cos you will prob have a good time anyway (and I once went to a camp I though would be perfect for me and didn't have a great time), also if you affect a placement and you really don't like it you can call CA and they may be able to get you another placement somewhere else (but you would initially at least have to pay the costs of getting from one camp to the other) - I know people who have done this cos they didn't like the camp they started at - but then didn't like there new camp and ended up going home.

So yeah just be patient and be flexible and you will prob get placed.

i startet writing emails to some camps i found on the net and the 3rd camp i wrote to hired me....i wrote them at about noon, they ansewered within 1 1/2 hours, iwrote back, and the next mail said i should contact ca richt away to let them now that they are very interested in hiring me....
so don't worry...you will find a camp...but it also might help to look for camps and write them an email. are you on guaranteed status?

No im not pn Gstatus. Do u tink i should maybe wait to see if im out on Gstatus before emailing some camps?I feel like im doin nothing and should be doing something before its to late!!
