Camp America participants will automatically gain access to the forum when they reach the Ready To Place status. Until then, the forum and its contents are read only. When an applicant reaches the RTP stage, accessing the Participant Zone will automatically create a forum login and users can begin posting and replying to forum content.

I'm doing Media studies :) Have you had any contact from the camp at all? like an email? the women who hired me said she email in like two days but I haven't got anything :/ also has your camp America direct changed to placed? sorry so many questions haha

Yeah she said the same to me but I haven't got any emails yet either :s I'm still waiting to be placed too but apparently other peoples have taken a couple of weeks after the recruitment fairs because so many peoples have to be changed. I really want mine to change lol I'm so impatient XD

I think I'm addicted to checking my ca direct to see if it's changed or not lol

do you know how many people we're looking after each btw? I know there's only about 75 girls there at once but I was so excited when I got hired I forgot to ask :P

yeahh i thought it was about that many :) theres like 30 staff altogether i think but some are specialists so not sure how many unit counsellors there will be. and i know haha i check mine alll the time!

ah mine still hasnt eitherrr :( hope this means they'll be put through soon though. although extra info will notttt have a positive effect on the work i should be doing haha, camp america distracts me so easily!

i know what you mean about the distraction, I'm moving house atm so I'm looking for a job and I keep flicking back to the handbook and forum to read stuff

I just phoned up my doctors surgery about my medical form and it's gonna cost me £38 for someone to fill it in!!

Have either of you guys got to pay this much?! Some other people on the general forum said it cost them £70 but I don't get how it can be that expensive!

urghhh, yet another thing to pay for :(

I havent checked with my doctor yet but thats so much :( I was hoping I could get it free (wishful thinking!) Thats even more money and if it ends up being £70 I may cry haha
