ok so i have been here nearlly a month and im not enjoying it at all i really want to come home, please can someone advise me as to what would happen if i chose to come home i.e fee's etc

you will get charged a lot think tbh have the kids arrived yet??

i'm the same i don't like the camp i'm at at all and know already that i'd never return to this camp its not the campers or other counsellors they are great its is the permanent staff and people that run the camp i can't really explain why we just had what i can only call a very weird first week here. Saying that though Is there no one at camp you really get on with, as we've (the counsellors) have just all decided to grin and bear it and stick together as the actual campers are wicked and we're gonna travel together when we finish so were just keeping the end goal in mind ......... if you really don't think you can stick it though and really do hate it i'd see if you could get moved because i definately think the actual camp you get placed at makes a big difference i know if i hadn't been lucky enough to be placed with some good people i would really hate it here i wouldn't be staying irrelevant of any charges ....... but if you have some good people your working with try speaking to them as well as the girls i have been placed with are the ones that are really helping me get through it ............... hope things work out whatever you decide xxx

Really sorry to hear that a few of you guys are not 100% happy with your placements and are experiencing the desire to leave. What I will say is that these feelings are completely normal at some point in your experience and if they persist then I'd certainly suggest that you guys contact the American Office on 1-800-727-8233 - and these guys will chat through any/all problems you guys have!
